“ Here with friends on a fishing trip, food was top notch the fried pickles are amazing and all dishes really good! The brisket platter is huge and delicious. ”
“ This is my go to local watering hole restaurant! It's consistently delicious, locally owned and great prices! Their wings and poppers are the BEST in Central Oregon IMO. Try the Honey garlic, Teriyaki, Buffalo, BBQ. They have a huge menu and something for everyone. My go to meal is the Hawaiian Burger with sweet potato fries! . Large selection of on tap beers, ciders and liquors. They also have mimosas and kombucha. Mmm!!! ”
“ What's wild is how much bacon they use on the jalapeno poppers. Everything else we ordered was very tasty and super solid but those poppers were made by someone trying to win an award or something. The Fried pickles were killer too. Service was lightning fast and very friendly. This will be my go to stop for American bar food when I'm driving through Madras. ”
“ Cool little bar/restaurant in Madras. Looks to be a local hangout for a cold beer and really good food. Brittany our waitress was great and was helping several customers at once without a hiccup. The outside of the building doesn't do what's going on inside any justice. This place is cool! ”
“ Stopped by for drinks and dinner. Split the Philly Cheesesteak. They charge 2 for split plate but it was worth it - we probably got more than that in extra tator tots. Service was great. It’s a bit noisy but we could still hold a conversation. ”
“ Wild Winds Station is a great place to stop and eat. My wife and I took a lunch break here on our way from Central Washington to Sacramento, CA. She enjoyed a fabulous Ruben (equal to the best we ever had) with waffle cut sweet potato fries (the best ever). The pulled pork sandwich I had was definitely the best I have devoured. The meat was moist, tender and wonderfully flavored with a sweet, tangy BBQ sauce that was not overpowering to the natural aroma and flavors of the pork and the tangy coleslaw garnish set off a flavor explosion and delightful crunch that blended well with the toasted bun. I also devoured with gusto the waffle cut sweet potato fries. ”
“ We brought the tennis boys here 7 of them with huge appetites! We loved the food. Crispy Chicken Sandwich was delicious. My wife had the chicken caesar. Mac and cheese was great. someone on the reviews said it was Kraft- no way. The coach had mac and cheese with pulled pork and it was great. Good place for large groups. TVs with sports going on. We had a blast here. Definitely a stop to make going through Madras. ”
“ This place doesn't even need another good review. I've worked in restaurants over 10 years and this is a straight up banger. They are killing it in the game. I came here on a Friday night and it was PACKED- luckily it was just me and I squeezed into the seat np. ”
